NU Sensuelle Warranty Information & Product Registration
Limited One Year Warranty
In the event of a manufacturing defect, malfunction of NU Sensuelle products which have a “One Year Warranty” specified on the packaging of such product, NU Sensuelle agrees to and shall repair or replace the Product at no charge to you. This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN REPAIRS ARE NECESSARY:
In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction of a NU Sensuelle product under warranty, you should do the following:
Login to www.nusensuelle.com and click on register your product under product warranty. Enter your information there to activate your warranty. You must also retain the box flap on which has the product UPC code as well as your receipt of purchase.
To return your product for a repair/replacement, please do the following:
1. Call or email customer service info@NovelCreationsUSA.com or 561-750-0741 to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. Returned product without an RPA number will not be accepted or processed for warranty.
2. Upon receipt of the RPA number, enclose your product in a sealable plastic bag, together with your receipt and box flap on which the product UPC code (unless you’ve previously registered your product) and send it to us at:

4. You are responsible to pay for shipping the product to us. We will pay for the shipping back to you.
